Hey There!! My name is Ernie Ellis and I have been in the healthcare field as an Radiologic Technologist for thirty-eight years. Being in healthcare for that long makes raising money for Primary Healthcare for our students and families so very special to me and something I hold close to my heart. I began my educational career in healthcare science at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School in 1999. I moved to Heritage High School when it opened, in my time there I was fortunate to have several different roles such as teacher, coach, athletic director, and assistant principal. In 2011, I was blessed to receive the principalship of Woodstation Elementary School. I have been fortunate over the past 7 years to serve the students, parents, and staff of Woodstation which I believe is one of the best school in the country.
As for dancing I love it! Now am I good at it… I think so! It’s all about how confident you are with your moves or lack there of. As far as stages I’ve performed on I didn’t want to mention this but I did win a cruise ship dance off back in 2007 beating out Martha from Texas who was 82.
I promise I will give it my all and try not to have knee surgery #7 while doing this. I look forward to working with my dance pro Shannon Herrmenn. Here’s to raising money for a good cause all while having a little fun! In light of it being voting season my name is Ernie Ellis and I approve this message.
